What we keep

• Account: kept while your account is active.
• Resumes and analyses: kept for as long as you keep them; deletable from Reports.
• Interview sessions: kept in Session History until you delete them.
• Applications and offers: kept until you delete them.
• System logs: 30 days rolling.

Delete my data

You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings. Deletions propagate within 24 hours and are irreversible.

Backups

Encrypted backups are retained for 30 days for disaster-recovery only. They are not queryable by any human or AI system.
