Not Cooked Jobs (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, profile picture via Clerk.
• Resumes: text you upload; stored to power ATS analysis and AI coaching.
• Usage: pageviews, feature adoption, error logs — anonymized where possible.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• Provide the Career OS features you use.
• Send you notifications you’ve enabled.
• Improve prompts, models and the product experience.
• Detect abuse, fraud and security incidents.

How we share it

We share strictly with the third parties that power the product: Clerk (auth), MongoDB Atlas (storage), OpenAI/Google (LLM), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (errors), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (usage — anonymized). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@notcookedjobs.com. We honour deletion within 30 days.
