AI Resource Center
Responsible AI, explained.
AI decisions shape your career. Ours are explainable, deterministic where it matters, and never trained on your data.
Principles that guide us
- Explainability first. Every AI recommendation includes a “why”.
- Deterministic where it matters. ATS is a rule set, not a guess.
- Consent for action. Auto-apply, outreach, and profile changes require your explicit approval.
- No training on your data. Your resume, applications, and conversations are never used to train third-party models.
- Auditability. Every AI action is logged, timestamped, and reviewable in your account.
Models we use
We use best-in-class provider models under strict privacy contracts. The full list, including model versions and provider policies, is on AI Transparency. Read the deeper design principles on How AI Works and our Responsible AI commitments.

Report an issue
Every AI output has a Report button. Reported outputs are triaged within 24 hours by a human on our team. Aggregate report data drives the model rubrics on the next release.
