We want you to love Not Cooked Jobs. Here’s how refunds work.

7-day trial

The intro plan is ₹20 for 7 days full access. This trial fee is non-refundable because you get full product access immediately.

Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans

If you cancel within 3 days of a new subscription renewal (not the trial), and you have used the product less than 10 minutes in that window, email billing@notcookedjobs.com for a full refund within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments

If Razorpay reports a failed payment, we retry once. If it still fails, your account is downgraded to the free tier automatically.

Enterprise plans

Custom terms are set in the contract. Contact sales@notcookedjobs.com.
